KDP : We do not go back to zero point in the negotiations with PUK

A member of the Kurdistan Democratic Party's Negotiating Committee, announced that they are not returning to zero point in the negotiations with the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and that their problems with the Union lies in the issue of Kirkuk.

Mahamoud Mohammed, a member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and a member of the party's negotiating committee, announced that they were agree with the PUK at all points of agreement, except one point was a dispute between us. The Democratic Party called for normalizing the situation of Kirkuk and the disputed areas and concluding an agreement with the Iraqi government. After that the election of a new governor of the province, but the Patriotic Union demanded the election of a new governor of the city and postpone the issue of normalization of the situation of the city.
